Mainly by chance I stumbled upon it, while performing a variant of a physical therapy technique that I was taught to help my injured shoulder. I believe that it may be able to give people a tool that can be used to improve flexibility, gain body awareness, and possibly decrease chronic pain. It can be performed even if you have significant orthopedic or spinal impairment. However, I am unsure of the likelihood that injury could occur if you perform the technique. Please proceed with caution.
